Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 24, 2026
This policy explains what information AIToolsAdda collects when you use this website and how we use it.
Information you give us
- Tool submissions: tool name, website, description, your name (optional) and email.
- Contact form: your name, email, subject and message.
- Newsletter: your email address.
We use this information only to review submissions, reply to your messages, and send the newsletter you asked for. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Information collected automatically
- A session cookie that keeps forms secure and, for administrators, keeps them signed in.
- A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit repeat votes and prevent spam. We do not store your raw IP address in our database.
- Server logs kept by our hosting provider, which may include IP address, browser type, and pages requested.
Saved tools
When you save or upvote a tool, a small record is stored in your own browser (local storage). It is not sent to us and it is not linked to an account.
Tool logos
To show a logo for each tool, your browser may request the tool's small website icon from Google's favicon service. That request can reveal your IP address and browser details to Google, under Google's own privacy policy.
Third-party links
Our listings link to external websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies before sharing information.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies in two ways. Necessary cookies keep the site working and are always on. Analytics cookies are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
| Cookie | Purpose | Type | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| PHPSESSID | Keeps forms secure and remembers your session | Necessary | Until you close the browser |
| aita_consent | Remembers your cookie choice | Necessary | 6 months |
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics: anonymous statistics about page views and visits | Analytics (only if you accept) | Up to 2 years |
Google Analytics is provided by Google and works under Google's own privacy policy. If you reject cookies, the analytics script is not loaded at all. If you accepted earlier and then change your mind, we remove the analytics cookies from your browser. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Your choices
You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time. To unsubscribe from the newsletter or request deletion of your data, contact us.
